To the initiator of a local board of local offers, we call it Mediator. The mediator can be:
* A single person within
1. An affinity group of informal friendship
2. A group interested in a more formal collaboration. Examples:

How will the inventory of offers be made visible?

c) Private: The store advertises a few things from the entire inventory that is stored in a notebook inside a deske andor as private ads on a website, intranet, etc.)

PUBLICATION WITHOUT MODERATION
The mediator puts an inventory in a public or semi-private site where people must post the ad with their contact visible in the inventory. The mediator can add information about complementary services such as:
1. A mediation contact for incidents.
2. Time that is willing to serve interested.
3. Organize a regular general meeting.
MODERATION
The mediator validates the information before it is published in the inventory and can request that the advertiser be an associated person, personally endorsed by an associate, being a consumer of the space or simply someone personally authorized by the mediator.
AGENCY
The agency service for an offer serves to be able to:
1. Keep the contact of the advertiser private
2. Add offers without having to deal with the requesters
The advertiser must tell the mediator what is the method in which they want to be contacted, and the mediator have each of the specific contact methods in their own private agenda. Ex:
The advertiser 1234 asks to call 67984XXXX and pass it to the interested party
The advertiser 4321 asks to give her his facebook address if she is a woman, or that the applicant leaves his phone number if he is a man, etc.
COMMUNITTY
COLLECTIVITY
The collectivity thing offers the possibility that people can give gifts and loans to the community, without publishing their contact information, keeping a meritocratic trace of the action or not. The community should specify what it is going to do with the donated, especially if it would provide the donated or, more generally, how the common benefits are donated.
Warehouse and collection
If the thing has a warehouse where it can be stored, so the users could give it away, lend and exchange more easily. The store should have opening hours to the public or associates, where they additionally can offer an offers collection service.
The storekeeper can give everything without asking for anything who asks for the offers, and or decide whether to ask for exchange, lend or gift depending on how much abundant or scarce is the resource within the whole collection.

The face-to-face meetings can be from simple informal meetings where people offer their things there, up to more complex volunteering requirements of a community development for being able to be a member. For the development meetings, it is necessary to have clear the tasks to be carried out and the resources available to carry them out, even if there is some possibility of some additional benefits for an additional work done then.
